P90X - Day Seven (X Stretch) 10:30am

Ohhhh, it was really nice to just S t r e t c h, today.  My daughter did the workout w/me today which made if allot of fun, well for me that is.  My 12 yr old didn't much care for some of the stretch positions.  She was groaning more than me!  See, I'm not that old yet!

P90X - Day Six (Kenpo X) 11:30am

This is a fun/sweaty workout.  My HR was in the mid to high 140's-160s' the whole time.  In the zone!

P90X - Day Five (Legs and Back) 8pm

Two words: WALL SQUATS!  Four words: ONE LEG WALL SQUATS!  

I think I may have pulled a muscle in my right tricep.  It's been swollen and I can barely touch the back of my neck with my finger tips.  OUCH!  Stretching it out tonight will some of the chin-ups and pull-ups using the bands seemed to make it feel better.  Going to ice it now.

Other than that, great workout!  LOTS of sweat!  Lots of lunges!

It was quite difficult, but refreshing to focus on stretching out my sore muscles!

Note: I do not suggest a cushy yoga mat, as it makes for difficult Yoga balancing  moves.

Today "seemed" easier, but let me tell you, my tri's are on FIRE!!!!

Once again Ab Ripper X killed me as well, but I did a bit better than last time.

P90X - Day Two (Plyometrics) 4:30am

WOW! My legs were really burning! My heart rate seemed to always be floating in the high 160's so I know I was workin in my zone...

My arms are still really sore from Sundays Chest and Back routine.

Feeling the burn and feeling good!

P.S. So far every meal I have made from the P90X diet plan has been AWESOME! I truly mean it. Like I said before, much of this stuff I have never eaten nor eaver heard of, so I was really worried that I would not like everything, but so far, so great!

The meals do require a great deal of prep, but they are totally worth the effort!

P90X - Day One Workout (Chest & Back) + (Ab Ripper X)

All as I can say as I write this it, WOW!  I can barely move!  No muscle tension at all in my arms and abs, I mean my belly.  I have a ways to go before there is anything resembling actual abs. 

Workout time:
Full Chest and Back workout took 1-hr solid and Ab Ripper X was roughly 16 min. solid.

Everything was done back to back with 10-30 sec rests between exercises which made this really difficult.  1-12 done once then repeated.
