WOW! My legs were really burning! My heart rate seemed to always be floating in the high 160's so I know I was workin in my zone...
My arms are still really sore from Sundays Chest and Back routine.
Feeling the burn and feeling good!
P.S. So far every meal I have made from the P90X diet plan has been AWESOME! I truly mean it. Like I said before, much of this stuff I have never eaten nor eaver heard of, so I was really worried that I would not like everything, but so far, so great!
The meals do require a great deal of prep, but they are totally worth the effort!
