P90X - Day One Workout (Chest & Back) + (Ab Ripper X)


All as I can say as I write this it, WOW!  I can barely move!  No muscle tension at all in my arms and abs, I mean my belly.  I have a ways to go before there is anything resembling actual abs. 

Workout time:
Full Chest and Back workout took 1-hr solid and Ab Ripper X was roughly 16 min. solid.

Everything was done back to back with 10-30 sec rests between exercises which made this really difficult.  1-12 done once then repeated.
