P90X - Day Five (Legs and Back) 8pm

Two words: WALL SQUATS!  Four words: ONE LEG WALL SQUATS!  

I think I may have pulled a muscle in my right tricep.  It's been swollen and I can barely touch the back of my neck with my finger tips.  OUCH!  Stretching it out tonight will some of the chin-ups and pull-ups using the bands seemed to make it feel better.  Going to ice it now.

Other than that, great workout!  LOTS of sweat!  Lots of lunges!
