Yeah, my daughter and I briefly watched the Chest and Back one last night. BOY do I have my work cut out for me. Looks like all the sessions are 1-hour solid and the X Yoga is 1-1/2 hours. I am gonna be hurting for sure! I am also doing what they call "Doubles" where you do xtra full cardio excersises, so 2 full workoust in one day. I am wondering when I am going to have time, or the striength to to ride my bike or run on the T-mill.
